D. and I got to go out on Saturday night. We haven't been on a date in like forever! We walked in to the nail salon (because I needed to get a quick wax) and the lady asked me if D. was my boyfriend? Ha! My boyfriend! D. looked at me and said "you haven't had one of those in a while huh? He's too funny. My response was "no, I haven't. Do you know of anyone in the market"? LOL...I love kidding around with him like that. Getting to take this break away from the kids and everyday life is part of what keeps our flame going. We get to be 'one' again. Meaning no space in between (which having five children can do, create a whole lot of space..lol) it was just us. Holding hands, gazing into each others eyes, kissing, and caressing one another. And of course wearing one of my minis helped ;) but just being out on a date with him was enough. It brings on those feelings like we just met for the first time. So so good! We had so much fun and I cant'

Lead Foot, my husband has been calling me this for years! I'll admit it, I do drive a little faster than I should. I'm an excellent driver. I was taught by the best, my Dad! And having two older brother's who were both good drivers helped too. That's why in all of my years of driving I have never, ever, ever, ever....did I say ever? received a speeding ticket. So, why NOW???? I can't believe it!! Remember the other day when it was TT's birthday and I told you that we took her to Chuck E. Cheese's to celebrate? Well, we were running late and that's one thing I absolutely hate, is to be late. Seriously, I get all bent out of shape when it comes to this. I should have planned better the night before but I didn't. I had had a long day with the kids and I just wanted to get to bed! Our party was scheduled to start at twelve so we needed to arrive fifteen minutes earlier to get set up. This was going to be impossible since we didn't leave the house

Do you believe in Karma ? I do! Lately there has been a lot of love flowing in, out and through my house. Yes, the Fam is doing fine, but I'm referring to my blog home. I've met some really beautiful people these past weeks and months. I sprinkled a little love and it has come back to me because apparently some of them feel the same. For instance let's take Erina Hart. When I came across her blog I read a post that I simply could relate to. It was a very long post, so you know what you have to do with those right? You either skim through it to get a feel, quickly exit, or get comfy dig in and read. So I chose the latter. Since then I've learned that she's in school pursuing her dream. She blogs, visits, comments and develops relationships, a true schmoozer . As of late she's had to put her priorities in order. Today is TT's Birthday!!! We celebrated it yesterday at Chuck E. Cheese's, a place the kids just love to go. They all had so much fun and didn't want it to end. TT turned three today, although you couldn't tell because she is so mature for her age. I think it has a lot to do with having older siblings that she can look up too and being a big sister herself, always making sure Joshy stays out of trouble. Sometimes she wants to be everyone's boss though, even Mommy's and Daddy's (sigh). You have to stay two steps ahead of her or you or she'll have you wrapped around her cute little finger with the prettiest smile on her face . :) Our day was simple and fun. You can't beat that at a three year olds birthday party! To see more pics of the party, stop by D's place !

Ok, so the other day I walked into Victoria's Secret and got bum rushed by employees. Lovely ones mind you, but I still felt attacked (in a friendly kindda way, I guess). Then that feeling slowly turned into me blushing and feeling like a celebrity...hmmm this could be nice. Shelly was her name, the one who won my attention. She was very friendly and truly made me feel like I was on the Red Carpet . Shelly told me all about the special sales, what's hot, what's new. That's when she mentioned the new " Angels ".
