Wow! I haven't done one of these in a minute. I amaze me at how I find the time to do ALL that I do, whew!! Sometimes I get overwhelmed just thinking about it, and forget about writing it down in a things to do list. I give in before the list is done. LOL. Anyways, today's Fabulous Find was actually sent to me by Klout as one of the many perks they like to send to their users. I love nail colors and this one was a hit for me. How did they know ;-) Off The Shoulder by Essie

How To Deal With Competition

Image
There really isn't any need for negative competition when you realize there is enough of what you are competing for to go around. Think about it for a moment. What are some of the things you find yourself competing for? If you thought about it, you would realize that you don't have to compete for it because the lack of it is just an illusion. An illusion that you have created in order to satisfy your reasons to compete. For whatever reasons we come up with we will always find excuses to believe that it's real. Competition is only as real as you make it.  So I ask again, what do you find yourself competing for? A fancier car? A more attractive lifestyle? A more attractive business? The way you style your hair? A more attractive relationship/family/friends? What? What's got you looking at another envying, judging, and wishing that you had what they had or better? In this video I'm speaking directly to us Ladies about the unnecessary

When The Clothes Comes Off

This is me in 2004, pregnant with my fourth baby. She was born in September, this pic was taken during the summer. I looked and felt like I was full-term but had a few more months to go. Hard to believe huh?  Ever since I was blessed to carry life and nurture the life within me my weight fluctuated back and forth. For seven years straight I was either pregnant or nursing and watched myself go from a size 6-8 to a 10-12 to a 9-10 to a 6-8 to a 4-8 to a 10-12 and so on. My weight was never consistent and neither was my mind about it.   I would get to a point where I was comfortable and then not and then extremely uncomfortable. I cried, I got angry, became resentful. I hated looking in the mirror. Whenever my husband complimented me I wouldn’t believe him. It was very difficult for me to feel good about my physical body. Then back in 2004 after I had my baby my husband bought a really nice camera and began snapping away at me. He bought lighting, backdrops. He stocked u

When you have something special with that one. When they look at you,... breathtaking. When they touch your skin, the goose bumps that rise. When they kiss your lips,  and touch the softness of your hips, your smile comes from deep within, resembling a Yoni Grin. Copyright © 2012  Love Poetry?

Will Our “Real” Parents Stand Up Please!

Image
After partying for 3 days in a row, we rested. On Sunday we rested the whole day and night and it was good. I loved laying all over hubby, intertwined with him on our couch. We drifted in and out of sleep that day and it was beautiful. Our kids kept coming over and staring at us, giggling to themselves, laying down with us, and making sure they kept the house quiet. They honored us that day by giving us their healing love and attention. Our children adore their parents. They’re always smiling at us. They love to see us in love and love to see us enjoying our lives. I’m honored to be their role model, living it up and showing them that life is to be lived, enjoyed, and experienced. When I was growing up I didn’t get to see my parents go out and party, and h ang out together. I would have loved it but as many parents start to “think”, when they have kids, the party has to stop because it’s time to set “a good example”. What does that really mean? I think my parents got caught up in t
