Taking the time to smell the roses continued for me today as I thoroughly enjoyed a facial by Lisa at Posh Nails and Spa in Buckhead Atlanta. It was so good I made a quick video about it and hope that if you're in Atlanta or will be anytime soon that you would check them out.

    Taking care of ourselves is something we often neglect. It is so important that we take care of ourselves to maintain balance.

    Dr. Reginia ~ Neglect, Neglect, Neglect that's exactly true. We are sometimes the last thing we think about. How unfortunate it is that we are taught to always put others before ourselves. I'm teaching my children differently and they are learning well by my example.
