Saturday afternoon I had the pleasure of celebrating the 2nd year anniversary of Stylish Consignments with shop owner Tierra Destiny Reid and her lovely staff of beautiful Ladies. Tierra started and amazing intern program where young ladies are taken up under Tierra’s wings as she teaches them the in’s and out’s of fashion industry. Through this program she has helped these young ladies develop and blossom into leading ladies in business, self-confidence and the ability to create whatever they desire to create for themselves. I have met some of these ladies personally and each of them has left a lasting impression on me that lets me know they have what it takes to make it. Tierra has also launched a consulting business called Serious Startups that assists other small business owners on how to be successful in business.
