It's Finally Over!!

Well, that seemed to work! I finally got what I wanted. I called the phone company and extended a great deal of patience when I told the rep. what was going on. He quickly pulled up my records and took a look at the long list of previous issues that I have had. Mind you, it took him a long time to read them. This is one of the reasons I didn't like calling because I would always have to start over from the beginning with each new rep. After he read it, I kindly asked him to speak to his supervisor. He said are you sure it's not something I can handle for you today. Nope! I just need to speak to your supervisor. He put me on hold. You are not going to believe what happened next, I got sent back into the que. I didn't get upset, I've come to accept that these things will happen when dealing with these people. I just laughed it off and held on until someone picked up my call and had to start all over again.

My plan was to stay calm with everyone I spoke too, my objective was to get what I wanted. I got through to a supervisor and to make a long long story short (although I was on the phone for one hour and 36 Min., I timed it) they credited my account and gave me the total for my remaining balance. Now I got what I wanted and I've decided to switch phone companies. Hooray, it's over! I've simply had enough.

Well, it's been a long day and I'm sipping on some tea finally getting the chance to wind down. Overall it was a good day. The kids are all asleep, D. and I are up working off course. I don't know about him but I'll be turning in early tonight, wait a minute I mean this morning.
